I am a Ph.D. Researcher in Entrepreneurship and International Management at Paris Saclay University, in France. I am a professor of Entrepreneurship, Management, and International Business.
My professional career consists of a combination of academic experience and consultancy in entrepreneurship, management, and international business strategies. My teaching focuses on organizational behavior, international management strategies, entreprenurship and my research focuses on SME resilience.
My analysis focuses on the processes of building a specific resilience within SMEs, including its managerial practices and the positive impact and effects of resilience on the firm's survival.
Prior to this, I specialized in global business. I am passionate about it. I founded Exportice, an international consulting company focused on business development. My main focus was on advising French and Brazilian SMEs who wanted to expand their business abroad. I collaborated in close cooperation with some Franco-Brazilian institutions and organizations. The International Chamber of Commerce, embassies, consulates, vile de Nantes, Nantes métropole, Cluster de la création, Apex Brasil, Comex do Brasil, Feb, Fiesp, Sebrae, etc. were a part of the support.
When I don't work, I enjoy running, pilates, music, golf, pets, and arts. Also, I love traveling and discovering new cultures.
