My research interests in entrepreneurship are: resilience focusing on SME resilience, team resilience and entrepreneurs' resilience.
I explore the human side of resilience within organizations. I investigate how small and medium-sized enterprises strengthen and nurture their resilience through cohesion and strong ties. My research focuses on analysing the processes of building resilience within SMEs: the relationship between decision-makers and collaborators in constructing the resilience process, its management practices, the impact and effects of resilience on the firm’s business, allowing them to survival.
